Join us for a day of fun, community, and competition!
We’re thrilled to invite you to the Westmoreland Academy Spring Games on Friday, May 2, 2025. This exciting event will be packed with track and field competitions, food, games, vendor booths, and opportunity drawings —all to support the students of Westmoreland Academy.
Event Details:
🕘 Start Time: 9:00 AM (Check-in starts)
🎤 Opening Ceremony: 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM
🏃♀️ Competition Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🍽️ Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM (Wolf Cafe Menu)
🏁 Relay Race: 12:30 PM
🏅 Closing Ceremony: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM

What to Expect:
- 🏅 Athletic Events: Cheer on our athletes as they compete in exciting races and showcase their skills.
- 🎯 Games & Vendor Booths: Explore various booths, games, and local vendors throughout the day.
- 🎟️ Opportunity Drawings: Take part in fun opportunity drawings!
- 🍔 Lunch & Refreshments: Enjoy a meal during the lunch break and refuel for the relay race! Check out our menu here.
Fundraising Efforts:
Your participation and generous donations will directly benefit Westmoreland Academy students. All proceeds raised will enhance our playground, support field trips, provide supplies, and fund future events.

- 🏡 Personalized Brick or Plaque—$500: Leave a lasting legacy on our campus by engraving your name, family, or business on a commemorative brick or plaque. These will be proudly displayed on the Westmoreland Academy campus as a tribute to your support and dedication to our students.
- 🏆 Major Contributions Recognition—$1,000+: Major donors of $1,000 or more will receive special recognition on our Donor Wall and in our school publications, highlighting their commitment to our school’s future and significantly impacting our community.
