About the Transition and Adult Services Supported Employment and Job Placement Services

The Transition and Adult Services Supported Employment and Job Placement Services program offers employment preparation, job assessment, job placement, and on the job training to individuals with disabilities. The program is vendored through the California Department of Rehabilitation and the Eastern Los Angles Regional Center and serves clients from surrounding Regional Centers as well. Almansor’s Transition and Adult Services and Supported Employment programs are accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

About Our Services

Our Supported Employment and Job Placement Services for youth ages 16 years through adults include:

  • Equal opportunity employment for all clients
  • Intake, counseling, vocational assessment, placement services and job coaching in English and Spanish
  • Tax-incentives for eligible employers
  • No fees charged to the employer for placement and on-the-job training
